Dave & Dawn Lind are founders of Team of Two Coaching ® - a Christian marriage coaching business offering coaching, workshops and assessments.
They coach pastoral & lay leadership couples to discover their God-given purposes & focus on their joint vision as a “Team of Two”. They also assist couples across the United States to flourish in the midst of life challenges and ministry.
Dave & Dawn are certified trainers for Leading From Your Strengths ® Assessments. They have been national speakers and workshop leaders for the Association of Marriage & Family Ministries and The Leadership Center. In previous years, they were also privileged to serve as part of the coaching staff for the Marriage Intensives through Focus On the Family and the National Institute of Marriage.
Dave, with a background in electrical engineering, has been Lead Pastor since 1980. He has a Master’s Degree in Ministry and was featured in Leadership Journal Magazine as a “turn around church” pastor.
Dawn, with a Master’s Degree in Education, has been an educator in Vermont and Illinois. Prior to becoming an ICF Professional Certified Life Coach, she was an Adjunct professor at the University of Vermont.
Married since 1975, the Linds have three married sons and six precious grandchildren. Dave & Dawn reside in beautiful Vermont.
